All parts and vehicles are sourced from Japan and shipped to the UK using third-party logistics providers. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

• Vehicles: approximately 3–5 weeks


These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to shipping schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, and carrier availability.

Transfer of Risk

• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched from our control or handed to the carrier.

• We accept no liability for delays, damage, or loss occurring after dispatch, except where required by UK law.

Delays

• Delays caused by shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, ports, weather, or other third parties are outside our control.

• Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

• In the event that goods are confirmed lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier or insurer claim process.

• Any refund issued will be limited to the amount recovered from the carrier or insurer only.

• Visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented with photographs.

• We do not accept liability for damage caused during transit where the carrier is responsible.

• Claims for transit damage are subject to the carrier’s terms and claim process.

• Customs inspections, clearance delays, duties, taxes, or regulatory checks may affect delivery times.

• Such delays are not grounds for refunds, returns, or compensation.

• Vehicles are shipped as inspected and documented prior to export.

• Shipping times for vehicles are estimates and may vary depending on vessel schedules and port processing.

• No liability is accepted for delays once the vehicle has been shipped.
