Trade & Retail – Japan-Sourced Items



All Sales Final as Described / Pictured – No Returns Policy



All vehicles and parts are sold as inspected and/or as pictured and described at the time of sale.


For trade customers (B2B), we operate a strict no-returns, no-exchange, no-cancellation policy once an order has been placed or goods have been dispatched.


For consumer customers, statutory rights under UK consumer law are not excluded.

Condition & Inspection



  • All items are sourced based on available inspections, photographs, auction sheets, and supplier descriptions.
  • Items may be used, aged, refurbished, or previously installed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Cosmetic wear, age-related marks, surface corrosion, patina, or signs of prior use are expected characteristics and do not constitute faults.
  • The buyer confirms acceptance of the item’s condition as documented and described at the point of purchase.

Damage, Fitment & Use Liability



  • We accept no liability for damage arising from:
    • Installation
    • Handling
    • Storage
    • Use or misuse
    • Modification

  • Fitment and compatibility are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless installation is carried out by us in-house.
  • We are not liable for consequential loss, including labour costs, downtime, vehicle off-road time, or third-party charges.

Used & Special-Order Items



  • All Japan-sourced vehicles and parts are deemed special-order items unless stated otherwise.
  • For trade customers, no returns or refunds are offered for:
    • Used items
    • Special-order items
    • Rare or discontinued parts
    • Auction-sourced goods

Shipping, Loss & Refunds



  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched.
  • If an item is confirmed lost in transit, a refund will be issued only up to the value recovered from the carrier or insurer.
  • Shipping delays, customs delays, port congestion, or third-party logistics issues do not constitute grounds for refunds or returns.

  • Vehicles are sold as inspected and documented.
  • No warranty is implied or provided unless explicitly stated in writing prior to sale.
  • Mileage, condition, and history are based on available Japanese documentation, auction data, and inspections.

Consumer Rights Notice (UK)



Nothing in this policy affects a consumer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where goods are found to be not as described, consumers may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with UK law.


Due to the nature of used, imported, auction-sourced, and special-order goods, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once sourcing or shipping has commenced.
